How does online booking work?
Choose a service, pick an appointment type, and accept the soonest available slot — or pick a different time or therapist. Then enter your details and you'll receive a confirmation email right away.
Do I need a referral?
No, through direct access you can make an appointment yourself without a GP referral.
Is physiotherapy covered by insurance?
Physical Studio works with all Dutch health insurers. Physiotherapy may be covered through your supplementary insurance. The number of treatments depends on your policy. Not all packages include physiotherapy.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance via the confirmation email or by calling us.
